</span> framework applies art and science with left and right brain thinking alongside energy and passion.
At we use a blend of strategy, consultancy and coaching to solve problems worth solving to create solutions that make a difference.
I created the Syntegrate<span itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Organization">
<span itemprop="name">Syntegrate</span>
</span> method because that is the way my brain is wired to solve problems.
In my years in strategy work I noticed that the focus is on complexity, but my desire was to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved. What you really want to do is find a problem you want to solve, deconstruct that problem and solve it quickly, effectively and simply. Syntegrate<span itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Organization">

</span> finds patterns fast, synthesises the key drivers to define their importance and priority and integrates it all into a plan. It allows us to solve problems and then adapt.
I believe that every challenge we face can be solved with smart thinking but also with compassion.

</span> out of a desire to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved.
Gill McLaren is an experienced executive leader, innovator, speaker and sought after consultant and coach and the CEO and Founder of Syntegrate.
The unique approach was created by adapting strategic planning approaches from the business world and applying them to problems worth solving in the 3 areas of: Life Design, Leadership and Inclusive Culture.
