At we use a blend of strategy, consultancy and coaching to solve problems worth solving to create solutions that make a difference.

I created the Syntegrate<span itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Organization">

method because that is the way my brain is wired to solve problems.

In my years in strategy work I noticed that the focus is on complexity, but my desire was to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved. What you really want to do is find a problem you want to solve, deconstruct that problem and solve it quickly, effectively and simply. Syntegrate<span itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/Organization">

finds patterns fast, synthesises the key drivers to define their importance and priority and integrates it all into a plan. It allows us to solve problems and then adapt.
I believe that every challenge we face can be solved with smart thinking but also with compassion.

out of a desire to drive simplicity into how complex problems are solved.
